It is with deep regret that we have to confirm that Sauma is no longer working on the development of the Margariinitehdas co-ownership project. We started the project over 3 years ago and it has been an integral part of our lives. We would like to thank all our fellow unit owners and all those who have helped us.

Good luck to anyone who takes on the task of developing the building, it is a great opportunity to create something truly unique in the centre of Helsinki!

If you need any advice or assistance we are always happy to help out.
